Coee exclusively specializes in serving the United States market. We ship to all valid physical addresses within the 50 US states, including California, Texas, New York, Florida, and all other continental jurisdictions. Currently, we do not support delivery to overseas military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses), US protectorates/territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or international destinations outside the United States.
2. 100% Free Shipping — Transparent Pricing
We believe in simple, transparent pricing without hidden fees at checkout. Therefore, Coee provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States. There is no minimum purchase threshold, no structural subscription requirement, and no hidden delivery fees applied to your order.
3. Order Timeline, Handling, and Transit Matrix
To ensure complete transparency and prevent false representations, our comprehensive delivery timeframe is divided into Handling Time and Transit Time:
- Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 - 3 Business Days. This includes verification, quality control checks, packaging, and securing the carrier routing label. Orders placed before our daily cutoff time of 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the same business day. Orders submitted after 5:00 PM (EST) or during the weekend will begin processing on the next immediate business day.
- Transit Time (Shipping Duration): 7 - 13 Business Days. This is the duration required for the parcel to travel from our logistical hub to your designated address anywhere within the United States.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: Combined, you can reasonably expect your package to arrive within 8 to 16 Business Days from the moment payment is successfully processed.

To ensure secure and tracked handling of your purchases, Coee partners with premier domestic and international logistics networks. Final street delivery within the United States is primarily handled by the following carriers depending on the package volume:

5. Real-Time Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
Within 24 hours of your package being handed over to the carrier network, Coee will transmit an automated Shipment Confirmation Email to your registered address. This email will contain a unique tracking number and an active link to the online carrier portal. You can monitor your shipment's progress 24/7. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update on the carrier's system after receiving the notification.
6. Delivery Discrepancies and Address Corrections
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is entirely accurate and complete. If you notice a typo or an incomplete apartment/suite number, please email us within 2 hours at support@coee.shop. Once an order is processed or handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot modify the shipping address or reroute the package. Coee cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from incorrect address inputs provided by the buyer.
7. Force Majeure & Exceptional Delays
While we make every effort to meet our stated delivery windows, exceptional circumstances beyond Coee's direct control may occasionally cause minor transit delays. These circumstances include severe weather anomalies (such as blizzards, hurricanes, or floods), labor strikes, port congestion, customs clearance holds, or peak holiday logistics surges (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday). In such instances, we will work closely with the carriers to minimize delays and keep you informed via email.
8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your tracking number indicates that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it on your property, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your building's leasing office. Next, verify the exact delivery location with your local postal carrier. If the package remains missing after 3 business days from the stated delivery date, or if the tracking updates halt completely for more than 14 consecutive business days, please contact our support center at support@coee.shop. We will open a formal investigation with the carrier and provide a prompt resolution, such as a replacement or full refund.
