- Package and Secure: Safely place the eligible item into its original structural packing box, attach the printed pre-paid return shipping label firmly onto the exterior of the package, and completely obscure or cross out any older postal routing barcodes.
- Dispatch the Package: Drop off the parcel at any authorized collection facility or designated mailbox of the shipping carrier specified on your pre-paid label (e.g., USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Obtain a physical drop-off receipt as confirmation of postage.
Important Notice: Please do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer or to the return address printed on the original package container.
